SALE INFORMATION & CONSENT

CONSIGNMENT AND AD INFORMATION:

• Consignment Fee: Friday “Queens of the Ring” Heifer Sale $350 per head PLUS 10% commission
• Consignment Fee: Saturday Cow Sale $350 per head PLUS 10% commission.
• Catalog Advertising is available $350 for full page. Design fee is included.
• Please email photos to struthoffconsignments@gmail.com These photos will be used in the catalog as well as advertising. We ask that you do your best to take a quality photo of your animal. 


HEALTH CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Each health certificate should have the animal(s) clearly identified by lot number, name, and private herd number.
• All tests must be performed WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE SALE DATE and results recorded on the health certificate.
• All female cattle between the ages of 6-12 months of age must have been officially calfhood vaccinated.
• All animals 12 months of age and over are required to have a negative tuberculosis test.
• All female cattle 18 months of age and over must test negative for Brucellosis.
• JOHNES testing is not a requirement but is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
• PREGNANCY STATUS IS REQUIRED AND MUST BE LISTED ON THE HEALTH CERTIFICATE: Please make certain that a licensed veterinarian palpates all breeding animals or performs a blood test to determine pregnancy status.
• All cattle 30 months of age and older MUST BE BRED OR HAVE CALF AT SIDE.

2. Cow Consignment Form and/or Heifer Consignment Form (Online form or printed and mailed version.)
3. Original Registration Certificate (either emailed or submitted on the online consignment form.)
4. Signed Transfer
5. AI Certificate if Applicable
6. Consignment Fee
7. High-Quality photos (either emailed or submitted on the online consignment form.)

Don't forget, Registration Certificate, Signed Transfer, AI Certificate + Check need to be mailed and received by Lori McCarty for your registration to be complete!
