You must have the completed Sale Entry Form, Transfer Application, Original Certificate, & High Resolution Photo. Entry Deadline is: May 28, 2022. Consignment fee will not be refunded if the animal is pulled from the sale. All consignment fees must be paid by the sale deadline for sale entry.

The Consignment Fee is $450 per head. (Commission: 7% participating or 15% non-participating) There will be 2 consignments per page in the catalog with 3 reference animal photos per consignment.

I have read and agree to the Rules for Consigning and Selling Animals. Herdsman Legends Auctions, LLC will be hosting the sale. I hereby authorize Legends Longhorn Sale to sell my animals. I do not hold Herdsman Legends Auctions, LLC responsible for any loss of health, loss of life, loss by theft or other perils, and Herdsman Legends Auctions, LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for any guarantee made by consignor. The “Legends Longhorn Sale and Futurity” are not responsible for the health or safety of any animal at the sale and futurity. All consignors must comply with all rules and regulations. The undersigned further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the “Herdsman Legends Auctions, LLC” and duly authorized representatives from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action or liabilities of any nature which may arise from or are in any way related to Herdsman Legends Auctions, LLC. The undersigned agrees that if the buyer is unable to accept delivery because of Interstate health requirements, the consignor, nor the Legends Longhorn Sale and Futurity, Herdsman Legends Auctions, LLC shall be responsible for refund or adjustment.
